1. Use this PDF for your entry fees and finance office (please verify your math). Please make sure to COMPLETELY fill out the invoice and include the name of your school. It is sometimes difficult to match them with entries if we don't have enough information on the invoice.

2. Give the YTIO INVOICE to your finance office, and provide a digital copy of the purchase order to us. If paying by check, please make the check out to OAEA/YTIO. (*Note OAEA treasure's address is on the invoice for the finance office, IF you are paying via PURCHASE ORDER.)
3. You will submit everything via Google Drive. See below for step by step instructions.
Create a Google Drive folder. Name the folder: 2024.YTIO.Schoolname.teacherlastname.
Place your renamed GE SLIDES and SP SLIDES in the folder.
Place a digital copy of your YTIO INVOICE and Purchase Order in the folder.
Share the folder with [email protected]. Be sure editor is selected when sharing your google drive folder.
Checks should be mailed with a copy of the invoice to: OAEA YTIO c/o Amy Fiegener, Treasurer, 6404 E 525 Rd, Claremore OK 74019.
HANGING INFORMATION Must: NO GLASS & NO FRAMES! (WIRE ON THE BACK FOR CANVASES/WOOD/HEAVY IMAGES) CLEAN NEUTRAL MATTS-PREFERRABLE BLACK OR WHITE DIGITAL IMAGES MUST BE PRINTED TO THE BEST CLOSEST REPRESENTATION AS THE SLIDE DURING JUDGING MUST NOT EXCEED 36” IN ANY DIRECTION, INCLUDING THE MAT PLEASE!
